From the coast to the salmon rivers
A day hunting sea trout on the Estonian coast or a week by Norway’s mighty rivers — choose your water.
Estonian coast
Guided sea trout day
A day wading along the sea — rocky reefs, bays and everything 25 years have taught me.
We fish for sea trout walking along the seashore in the water, looking for special rocky areas and hidden bays. All fishermen have their secret spots ;)
Whether you are a complete beginner, someone looking to sharpen your skills, or someone who has spent long enough searching for fish without results — this is for you. It also makes a great experience gift or a getaway for small company teams.
- Where
- Estonian coast, Saaremaa and around Tallinn
- When
- All year round — the fishing changes with the season
- Who for
- Beginners, experienced anglers, gift recipients, small teams
- Language
- English, Estonian or Finnish
- Price
- On request, depending on the length of the day and group size
What you will learn during the day
- How to read the wind, current, water temperature and seabed
- Where sea trout move and feed in each season — and why
- The right lure or fly — and when to change it
- Safe wading and the equipment that really matters
- Fish behaviour: how to get a bite when nothing is biting

Good to know: transport is usually provided by the client. If needed, I can arrange extra equipment. You need a valid Estonian fishing licence (kalaluba.ee) if you don’t already have an annual one. In dangerous weather — strong wind, thunderstorms — we postpone the day.
Norway
Fishing trip to Norway
A spinning trip to Norwegian salmon rivers — powerful silver salmonids and stunning nature.
The destination in Norway has beautiful nature and powerful silver salmonids running up the rivers. I will give you all the practical information, including equipment recommendations, and act as your guide on site.
In the first half of summer the rivers hold mainly salmon and large sea trout; towards autumn lots of smaller sea trout arrive. My personal records are a 13.4 kg trout and a 15 kg salmon — but bigger ones have been on the line and won the fight. We fish with spinning and fly rods.

Come along!
As the saying goes: roach fishing is primary school, pike fishing is high school, trout fishing is university. Come along and become skilled at catching sea trout — and learn the spots where the fish bite, or how to make them bite. Send me a message about what you have in mind and I will get back to you shortly.
