Contact, sign-up and order form data
When you send us a message, sign up for a trip or order the book via a form, we process your name, email address, phone number, delivery address and message content solely to answer your enquiry, organise the trip or fulfil the order. The form is sent as an email; the website server does not store the data. The data is not passed on to third parties or used for marketing without your consent.
Cookies
The only strictly necessary item is remembering your cookie preference (stored in your browser). Web analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4) are only set if you give consent in the cookie banner — we use Google Consent Mode v2, where all analytics and advertising cookies are disabled by default.
Web analytics
With your consent, Google Analytics collects anonymised usage data (e.g. pages visited, approximate location, device type). The data is processed by Google Ireland Limited under Google’s data processing terms and retained for up to 14 months.
Your rights
You have the right to ask what data we hold about you, to request its correction or deletion, and to withdraw your consent. To do so, write to madis@nektarkoolitused.ee.
